No connection. Can not connect to the internet

Hi all
I've using BT infinity for about 7months. For the first 6 months, everything is fine. But when 2014 comes, my connection began to drop few times a week. And the connection is fully gone in 17 Feb 2014. So I'm asking for some help.

My hub is Hub4 type A, now the light on the hub is steady orange. The DSL and line 1 lights on the modem are green. I've tried power cycle the modem and restart my hub, but nothing happened. I also tried connect my pc directly to the modem and set up a new connect to internet, which once again make no sense.

I've checked the service status in my area that shows the service ought to be fine. So, based on all these, what am I gonna do to get my life back online? Any help please.

I am having problems too. This is the 2nd time since November and I am fed up with it. I work from home and have had to invest in a dongle for these occasions as I cant rely on BT.I am going to go back to SKY, never had a problem in the 15 years we were with them.
