No fibre broadband in my area

Hi,

I have a question, we have 21 century and no available fibre broadband in my area where I live. My postcode is CH4 8SZ. It’s a very strange, because around my home address everywhere fibre broadband is available. Can someone answer me please.

Did you use your phone number to get that result? It's strange as your area is 97% FTTP since 2011. Are you a BT customer?

Yes, I was a BT customer since 2015 but broadband was very poor, and currently I use mobile broadband. Is a better. But I would like fibre. Probably my house isn’t connect. But why and what I can do now.

Until you get a working BT Retail phone number, its not going to be possible to tell, as there will be no routing built at the moment.
