No fibre?

Hi,

We have recently bought a property and have been trying to sort the internet out. We have been told by both plusnet and BT that we are unable to get fibre at the moment.

We have been told by BT initially that this is due to the cabinet being full, and we would need to wait for a slot to become available. However, we have just been told today that fibre doesn’t exist in the area yet, so we won’t have any idea when we’ll be able to get it.

I have attached a photo from the BT broadband availability checker for our area, can anyone help make sense of this for me?

Thanks

Re: No fibre?

As you can see, there is a waiting list because there are no spare slots in the cabinet. The waiting list is a myth, keep checking and order as soon as a slot becomes available.
