I've been on Infinity 1 since 2nd August 2017 and have not received the free speed upgrade that I've seen advertised was supposed to happen before November 2017. I never received the email and I assumed my speed wasn't fast enough, however I'm not so sure any more so wanted some advice as to whether my speeds look fast enough to qualify, before persuing things further. I did have a major fault with my line when it was set up causing a re-order to be applied, so that could also be the reason why I wasn't upgraded. Thank you for sending in your details. I gave your home number a quick call, I'm sorry I didn't get speaking to you. I've placed an order to increase your Broadband speed. This is due to complete tomorrow and you should start to see and improvement over the next 48 hours. I'll check back with you on Friday to see how the connection is preforming.

@PaddyB I can confirm that the upgrade appears to have taken place. Download speed is basically the same but upload speed has doubled to 20Mbps. My stats are now:

Thank you for posting back. I normally take a day or two for the speeds to increase. I've ran a few checks and the download speeds have increased. Your download profile is sitting at 61 Mbps, which is in line with what was estimated for your connection.
