Hi @Priya86in, welcome back to the community, I'm sorry to see you're broadband isn't working. I've moved your post over to your original thread to keep everything in the same place. What colour is the light on your Hub?
@Priya86in, flashing purple means the hub is working ok but it's not connected to the internet. Can you check if the broadband cable (grey ends) is plugged in correctly? And if you're using a filter, check that's plugged in too.
Can you also confirm what socket you have? Keith has helpfully posted a diagram of these previously.
