Noisy line and BB dropouts

I had a very noisy line so did the test on my Mk 3 master socket and got no more noise.

I also did the online test which came back clear (no line fault).

I thought to fix I could replace the master so replaced it all with a master 5c and mk4 which has fixed the noise but now the Broadband drops out when you use the phone.

Is there an easy fix?

DO you  have extension sockets and if so are they connected to terminals 2&5 in the master socket

if you connect hub with filter  to the test socket in the new master then phone home with your mobile and see if still drops connection

Hi,
No I don't have any extensions on the master. I just tried the router in the test socket with a filter and the same happened. Took slightly longer than before and took 4 seconds to drop.
