Not happy.

Engineer arrived today.
His been outside an played on the telegraph pole.

Changed the socket, an left saying he is going to the exchange to have a look in the cabinet, saying my speed will be a bit intermittent.

Since he's left,
I now have no broadband, an no phone line.

I phone BT, an said the engineer left about 30 mins ago to go an play in the cabinet.

I'm sorry,
There is now a fault on the line outside the house.
An we can't do anything g about it until tomorrow.

So I've now gone from a 17mb line to nothing.
An can't even use the house phone if needed.

Starting to think the engineers actually don't get trained an just guess an hope for the best.

At least the first engineer managed to raise the speed of my infinity by 4mb.

Now I have sod all.
