Our address was amended by Royal Mail back in February 2018 and since then it doesn't come up on the broadband address checker.
I spoke to Openreach who said that BT needs to put in an ORDI request. We have both phone and FTTC from BT.

I'll send this off now, it usually takes about a week to 10 days for the address to get updated, so I'll get back to you as soon as it's been done.
