Sorry you're having problems with your broadband speed and that you haven't heard any word back about the complaint you raised. Can you please post your Hub stats so that the Community can see how your circuit is performing? Also, enter your phone number here and post a screenshot of the results: Broadband availability checker
Let us know which version of the BT Hub you have and we'll give you the heads up on how to see your Hub stats if you're not sure.
Don't forget to remove your phone number before posting the screenshot but leave exchange and cab number.

I can see that your downstream connection speed is 5.7Mbps. The circuit is nice and stable too at over 13 days. What sort of speed are you seeing that makes you feel the service isn't performing as it should?
