Ongoing fault No contact from BT

I have am ongoing issue withe repeated losses in connections currently on Bt Plus Promise with a backup 4g WiFi hub, this is ticking mevover whilst my smarthub keeps losing connections, what I'm concerned about is I had an engineer call and see what he could do on the 7th of January 2019 he couldn't find anything wrong, he said he would check the cabinet on the 8th. Subsequently connections are worse than ever with more frequent drops I have had no follow up from Bt and my account shows an open fault but no details can someone check the situation of my fault.

Have you tried phoning customer services again to find out?
