Openreach finished installing FTTP services to our address as part of the SPS East Sussex rollout. This was completed over a month ago and the openreach checker shows that FTTP is available to order both against my telephone number and post code (this has been the case since late February 2019). However, the wholesale adsl checker still advises planned and nobody at BT appears to be able to query this - I was advised it should take between 5 and 10 days to update but nothing has happened since. Very frustrating as we have been waiting for this work to be completed for around 3 years. Is there anything that can be done to move this forward?
Thanks Keith...I have tried that already and they advised that is the information they see, nothing more they can do. I spoke to Openreach ( who were very helpful) and they confirmed the work is all done and the issue is on the BT retail side with the database?
