Hi, I see I'm not alone in this problem, but it is a problem for me... The BT Openreach database has my house name recorded wrongly. The Royal Mail database has it correctly. I managed to get BT fibre broadband by spelling the name wrongly but this has led to other problems. So please, BT Mods - can we get the Openreach database corrected? Thank you.
The right time to have done this was when attemping to order as now by using the incorrect spelling you have actually confirmed it is correct.
It may now take longer to get it resolved.
