Had a problem with slow speed a few months ago, which was all sorted and was getting a reliable 51Mg, but for the last week the HH5 has done nothing but reset and flash orange lights at me, and it seems to be increasing in frequency.
It was once or twice a day, then several times a day, then many times a day, and finally this morning between the hours of 0800 and 0930, it's rest 5 ot 6 times.
Line test OK, still getting 51Mg when it's running, so is this a hub problem...
Any help or suggestions anyone ...

Just had an online chat with somebody, who is going to replace the hub for me .. So hopefully that will solve the problem
Hope the new hub turns up soon, as well as resetting several times an hour, my speed has started to drop. Now down to 45Mg from 51Mg.
Will it be another HH5 or will it be the new HH6 ???
if replacement it will be HH5 either A or B
The woe's continue .. As well as the resetting every 15-30 minutes, when it does connect, cant do anything as getting " Your DNS Server is unavailable" messages on a lot of sites..
The speed seems to have settled at 45Mg..
Will the new hub solve all this, when it arrives.. ????
No replacement hub yet and speed keeps dropping ..
Now down to 40Mg...
Is this speed drop due to the hub keep resetting???
Would I be right to expect the speed to return to the 51Mg I was getting a week ago before all this hub resetting started.
To be honest Virgin is looking mighty tempting at the moment.
the router dropping connection will cause the speed to drop and noise margin increase
there have been a lot of problems in last few days trying to access certain websites but appears ok just now this affected many ISPs
Still not happy, no replacement hub arrived yet, and I see this morning that BT have sucessfully resolved my Broadband fault..
No they haven't.. The hub is still flashing orange and resetting several times an hour, and no replacement hub, not even a phone call to check if everything is OK.
How do I get the fault reopened please, and get somebody to sort this out.
Now been going on for a week with no resolution
