Orange flashing light after activation date

Hi. My broadband was supposed to he activated on 15th June. It is now 16 June. Light on hub just flashes orange.

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting. I'm sorry the activation of your service has been delayed.

If you give BT a call on 0800 800 150 they'll be able to take a look at what is happening with your order.
