i put an order in on the 12th October 2020 to update my contract which says complete I went from fibre 250 to fibre 500 I have not received any confirmation by email also my service has not changed it’s still showing 300/50 can anyone chase this up for me please

I have tried to call but after 25minutes hanging on ringing I gave up.
I'm afraid you will need to be more patient, they are the only team that can help.
