Why would Openreach not process an order from bt for full fibre final installation in to our home when all the work has been signed off
Apparently there is an order stuff on their system which causes BT to have the order for this to be sent back
Best to call the FTTP team 0800 587 4787 who can handle and help progress the order.
The order fulfillment systems are quite complex but the FTTP team should be able to get it resolved
this number just gets BT
It diverts to normal Customer Services when busy. If it does, clear down and try again later until you reach the FTTP team.
