Ordering Full Fibre

Go to solution

Hi, the OpenReach checker seems to be down.

I have a full fibre FTTP connection with Zen  with 300/50 Mbps, but the BT website (and Vodafone) say that I don't and therefore I can't order anything.....I'm looking to move to the new 900Mbps service....

I've call BT Sales and they say there is nothing they can do!  Any ideas?

Thanks

John

Re: Ordering Full Fibre

FTTP is currently not available to order or even upgrade .Apparently none of the BT depts are able to see it on their systems as there is not a way for BT to differentiate whether or not a visit is required so they have gone for the blanket approach of just not offering it. I suspect that OpenReach may have done the same on their order system.

Moving any FTTP connection to a new provider is probably a non starter until June at the earliest.

I would keep ringing every couple of days on the off chance something does change.
