Outage in London N6 (Highgate)

No connection since early this morning, flashing orange light on Homehub broadband. Ran through BT troubleshooting and confirmed theres no hardware issue.

 

Not showing any outage on the service status here, how do I report an outage?

Call the broadband help desk on 0800 111 4567. Do you have a dialling tone on your line?

I dont actually have a landline attached to the socket, I only use the line for broadband.

I'll give them a call regardless though, thanks. Suprised I seem to be the only person affected by an outage!

I would borrow/beg/steal a phone to check there is dial tone as it may be a line fault and not a fault with the Broadband.

It would not be an outage but more than likely a fault.

I do have a dial tone, so thats something!
