Outstanding Query Going Nowhere

Hi,

 

I have an outstanding query, BT Infinity [Incident:xxxxxx-xxxxxx], which is to do with a fault on the No 1 Ethernet Port on my Home Hub 2.

 

Despite contacting, via email form, with the chap picking up my query disregarding my instructions to contact me by email or mobile after 6pm, I am still wondering whether his garbled contact with my wife, at home, by phone, at lunchtime, has managed to achieve the order of a replacement Home Hub.

 

I have even emailed back, quoting the reference above, but hey I'm only a customer of many years standing and do not warrant a reply.

 

What is happening please?
