Hi wrutless,

 

1) When you click on DavidM's profile (link here: http://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/17 ) do you see the "Contact the Mods" link? See image example below:

2) When you click on the Contact the Mods link a contact form should appear like this:

PictureExampleBTCareContact.PNG

 

Fill in the Contact the BTCare Team (Mods) Form and click Submit. A tracking number will immediately be displayed after sending the request. Please take note of this.

Hmm no his profile looks nothing like that first graphic, and I cannot see a contact the mods option anywhere

Hi David,

I'm trying to do exactly the same ie renew my contract in order to get the Totally Unlimited none traffic managed service, I've been on Infinity unlimited since 2011 plus the free daytime unlimted call package (£31 per month). I haven't yet upgraded to BT Sport but intend on doing so.

 

I've tried to contat you directly via your profile page but am unable to, please could you advise me how to do so, thank you.

 

I'm currently on Unlimited Infinity option 2 @ 76MBs but would like to upgrade to the Totally unlimited package at the same speed. Please could you advise how I go about doing this. 

 

Also, please could you advise me whether I get the new Home Hub 4 with a new Totally unlimited contract or do I need to buy it as a seperate item.

We will need to talk to our customer options team to see if they have an offer available which will include a new Home hub 4.  We wont know until me get a looksy at your account but we will let you know.
