Hello, hope you are all well. For the last 2 hours or so, my BT Smart Hub has been showing a a steady amber light. I went into the logs and it shows a PPOE error timeout since 12 midnight. I tried turning it off and back on, but same thing with the amber light. Also for some time now, the router seems to lose internet connection a few times a day. But this now seems ‘constant’ and from looking at other community posts, it appears that this is an external problem at the exchange or something. Please can a Mod assist me? Thank you.
