I'm getting issues on my routing - I'm on infinity 2 and since i've moved home (last sept.) my connection quality has been really poor, It's nigh impossible to do any gaming and streaming etc even youtube struggles at times. Surely this shoudn't be a case for bts highest package (excluding fttp) I've ran tracert's and found i'm getting a lot of packet loss with the BT routing on their network. I've rang numerous times and I just get the usual 'speed check' etc. and nothing actually resolves and I'm stuck with awful internet.
I'm on windows 10, using a bt home hub 6 (smart hub) and a wired connection.
Here are a few tracert's showing the loss.
How do I go about resolving this issue? I'm so sick of getting nowhere and really dissapointed at the service.
Thanks in advance for any help
Here is my router technical log.
