I'm not sure if this is the right forum for my question. If not, can someone redirect me. Anyway, here goes:
I have a Panasonic Viera TV model number TX-L32E5B which I bought 5 years ago. Up until 12 months ago I had perfect iPlayer connection. However, since then, iPlayer connection has deteriorated to the point where I simply cannot connect to it.
I have upgraded to the latest BT Infinity router, reset all of the Panasonic settings back to factor settings but nothing helps.
I have checked that the Panasonic firmware is up to date (which it is) and I have spoken to the BBC regarding iPlayer and they say the problem has nothing to do with them. Can anyone offer a solution?
