Thank you for taking my call. BT Wholesale have identified congestion on the network affecting your connection. They're making a few changes that should improve things. You should start to notice an improvement over the next 48 hours. I'll give you a call again on Friday to see how the connection is preforming.
I've ran a few checks on your line and can see that Wholesale have switched your connection over to a less congested circuit. How are things with your connection, have you noticed and improvement? If you're still facing the slowdown, please can you run the BT Speed test? You'll need to run the "Further Diagnostics" once the first test completes.
Once you have run that test, please post back the results.
