The 3:30-5:30am ones I generally ignore.

My boiler used to dip 1dB SNR as it fired up each time. So I fixed that.

A seemingly random pattern. Only 6am-11pm but random.

Think Fly Zapper type thoughts.

The TR69 and other logs will help you identify drops into different classes/causes.

Just an update for the record.

Spoke with on 21-5 and she arranged to have me moved from an 80/20 package to a 55/10 package in the hope that this would overcome the disconnections. I was only put on the 80/20 by sales when I renegotiated a new package even though we both knew my line would not support those speeds. See:-

So far it has not worked as I still had a disconnection this morning

Just for the record I had at least one disconnection on 24 & 25-5 but none since then.

StephG rang today and will ring again on Sunday.
