Please Help!!!! Download Speeds Dropped Shockingly!!!!!!!!

Hi

 

I am currently paying for BT Infinity 2 and last week i was revieving 75mbps on average most nights. All of a sudden this has now dropped to below 3mbps and doesnt get any better. When i perform speedtests wirelessly on Speedtest.net it shows ping of 30ms, download of 0.6-3.7mbps and upload of 18mbps. When i do these tests wired it shows ping 30ms, download 2-5mbps and upload of 18mbps. 

 

When i do the test on Speedtest.BTwholesale i states i get 68mbps wired and 32mbps wirelesly but when using my console/phone i know this not to be true at all.

 

Please fix this.

if you have a HH5 can you go to hub manager then trobleshooting then helpdesk and post 1-12

 

 

 

can you run btspeedtester and when first test completes then run diagnostic test and post results  must be done with wired connection  btspeedtester

 

 

 

can you enter your phone number and post results  remember to delete number wholesale FTTC check

 

 

 

try quiet line test   dial 17070 option 2  should be quiet and best with corded phone

I also forgot to mention there are 4/5 people on the same street i have spoken to who are having the same problem

Im using a Macbook Pro which is wired when performing the tests. I have a Airport Extreme plugged into my HH5 port 1. Soon as i plugged it in i was acheiveing top speeds until this weekend.

can you please re post the BT Wholesale speedtest results when you connection starts to slow down as it is not showing any problem currently
