From your speeds you are not on FTTP, yet, but FTTC. Is that what you were on before you went for FTTP? As others had said yout order for FTTP is still in progress.

When you post your router stats as repeatedly requested, this can easily be confirmed.

no I amon fttp, have never had fttc.

was getting 50 down but this afternoon as I have previously stated it was closer to 20 down.

has gone up since back to around 50 so maybe some glich earlier.
