Poor internet connection.

The Broadband in my home is incredibly slow and very , very low on the Download and Upload speeds , After running a quick speedtest It appears I'm getting less than 2mbps Download speed and my upload is not much better. Curious as to why this may be as I've checked the status for my area and it "seems OK". Looking for this to get solved as we pay alot of money in this house to have the Guaranteed speeds that we just are not getting.

Is there any noise on your phone calls? Dial 17070 and select option 2, there should be no noise between the announcements.

Are you sure that you are on superfast fibre, and not just standard ADSL broadband?

Which BT home hub are you using?
