Poor service

  •  Has anyone else had poor service from the new bt fibre , they cut my old BB of 21 May had 4 hours of working Fibre on the 9th June,  one no show engineer booked today , and now can’t come out till 15 ………What a joke . Very poor service

Welcome to the BT Community and thanks for your post!

I'm sorry to see you've had problems with your upgrade to Fibre.  Have you managed to get this sorted or is the engineer still booked for tomorrow?

Let me know how things are.  If you are still having issues and are no further forward we can pick this up from here.
