Hello. I just wanted to leave a message with BT about a really positive experience I had with Ben from the Fibre Team in Dundee. He was really helpful and considerate of the current situation my family and I are dealing with regarding our internet connection during this pandemic. He has been the most supportive employee that I have interacted with so far concerning these issues. He has even gone as far as texting and emailing me the confirmation of each date for each stage of my order, something no other employee I have interacted at BT since October 2020 has done. He was also really pleasant to interact with. I'd really love for this positive feedback to be relayed to the relevant people within BT.
