Problems logging a fault

Hi all,

In the past two weeks I have had my upload and download speeds drop to about half of what they were before, I went through logging a ticket which this morning is flagged as fixed. I have had no engineer out to look at the problem and my speed is still way under the guaranteed one so I have tried to log a new ticket.

When I fill out the fault logger now it is telling me my speed is good despite it being half my guaranteed speed and it is just looping around constantly repeating the speed test, booking an engineer and covid question so I cannot progress any further with logging the fault.

Hi,

Oddly I have had a text from the BT diagnostic bot and got an engineer booked for tomorrow without making a call so fingers crossed I can get back to normal.
