If you mean the test via the hub there's a lot of FTTP users having issues with it.

Thank you. So if presumably BT know this, why do they insist on sending an Openreach engineer out to fix it? What a waste of my time 😞

ok, engineer did not come, because for some reason the booking did not make it to the engineers system (whatever that means). i called in to rearrange, to be told that I don't need an engineer, and that my performance is fine when they connect to my hub. I'm leaving it at that, I was just following the guidance. I don't use the SH as a router, so the fact that B's test doesn't work isn't really a hindrance to me, just a disappointment.
