I would have suggested you cancel and stay with Sky, I moved from sky fibre 500 as the wifi was poor, on BT full fibre 900mbs, getting 920mbs to the router but only 120mbs wifi, BT engineer said thats all you`ll get and you have to live with it`, even have 3 x black discs , wifi guarantee is only 10mbs in each room, i think dial up achieved this 20yrs ago. Total con, just get the basic package and stay with copper, I`m paying £65.99/month for a really poor service.
