Rainbow of lights on our hub5 and no internet

Our hub 5 started flashing green, blue and then orange on Friday. We've had no internet since. Tried both reset buttons and have called BT several times. First they said we needed an engineer, then they said we didn't and we were promised it would work in 24-48 hours and to expect a call back today. No call back so when we called them they said no fault and they were sending an engineer out on Wednesday! Has anyone else had this problem? Our phone works fine and we've checked the hub on all three points in the house. Still rainbow of lights problem and no internet ๐Ÿ˜ž

How do you do that? On the phone they said the line was fine.
