Random speed dropouts

I've been experiencing speed dropouts for over 3 months and nothing has been done about it. I've contacted customer support multiple times and they all tell me a different story. Has anyone any idea why I'm experiencing these dropouts. I use the smart hub.

@Daanyaal I'm sorry to see you're having issues with your broadband speed.  Can you post your router stats and try a quiet line test as shown on this link and we'll be happy to take a look at the results?
