Re: BT Home Hub 5 frequently disconnects (regret infinity so far)

if your line can only handle 50mb then what made you go for infinity 2 when you barely get more than previous infinity 1 package.  I would phone options team and downgrade to new infinity 1 package of 55/10mb and get same speed cheaper

options team are uk based  0800800030

Re: BT Home Hub 5 frequently disconnects (regret infinity so far)

to help with your disconnecting problem can you

if you have a HH5 can you go to hub manager then trobleshooting then helpdesk and post 1-12

can you run btspeedtester and when first test completes then run diagnostic test and post results  must be done with wired connection  btspeedtester

are you using test socket with a new filter

can you enter your phone number and post results  remember to delete number wholesale FTTC check

try quiet line test   dial 17070 option 2  should be quiet and best with corded phone
