I have just upgraded to hh6.....i have to retune my box because it loses the chanels bbc hd1,hd2 itv hd, ch4 hd and 5hd..or they are badly pixelated and freeze I brings up the code yvm687.... bt spend 45 mins only to be told someone will be in touch within 48hrs. Today I return and have chanels populated and in watchable. Is it the hub...my old one was fine?
