This was our Infinity 2 speed in 2012 on 16/4
Slowly they dropped to sub infinity 1 speeds over time.
An Engineer came out in the last 3 months and got our infinity 2 speeds back up to 58/14 which was well worth it.
He found some blue crimps had become loose on the route to the cabinet making some a higher resistance than they could be
These are They.
In the last 24 Hours our line has been dropping with only one PC that is hard wired - but randonly, to sub 10Mb down speeds with upload looking reasonable and actually higher than our download speed at times.
Does this look like a line fault to anyone? All server tests are UK. Turned firewall off JUST to be double sure for a while.
We checked our local area for faults and there are no listings.
I have provisionally booked an engineer visit for the 29th September, but if this is at network level this may be a wasted call out.
I forgot to add 7 Day results as monitored in this graph testing the London Sever only On testmy.net - so here it is.
Apologies about not having a clue where and how to post on here.

Stability looks to be returning 23/9/15 without an Engineer visiting, so will likely cancel the appointment - this was possibly worked on being solved after reporting the issue to 150, which is impressive.
Apologies for not noticing this question.
These are our current stats:
As you said already your connection now looks ok with connection speed almost the same as attainable
