Similar experience with Superfast Fibre Plus. Was getting download speed in mid 50’s. Moved 20 houses down the road with all BT services but download done to 30mb. Over 2hrs on phone, largely waiting, for BT only to be told “sorry that’s what it is and nothing we can do”. When I asked why I’m still paying for SF Plus but only getting half speed and it’s advertised at 67mb...yes you can guess ...”sorry etc etc”. Suspect Interleaving Depth of 2075 is main cause but falls on deaf ears.
Interestingly discovered small print says you automatically renew contract for 12 months when you move. So BT gets you locked into a sub standard service when you are least likely to notice.
Anyone have suggestions short of OFCOM. Grateful for any sanity help.

can you enter your phone number and post results delete number but leave exchange and cab.
Post hub stats. If hh6 then advanced settings then technical log information
check for line noise. Dial 17070 option 2 should be silent and best with corded phone
The further from the cabinet the slower your speed. That's physics.
However to make sure there's nothing wrong with your line could you do the following and post back the resuts.
Could you post the connection stats from the hub.
HH6 Advanced settings/technical log/information.
Enter your number HERE and post the result.
Do a quiet line test, best with corded phone. 17070 option 2. The line should be silent between announcements.
Did the quiet line test and no noise.
DSL/Router check showed :
Max Rate 52.6mb vs Data Rate of only 35.6mb
Interleaving depth of 2075 which guessing may be part of problem as am told is very high.
You've guessed I'm a tech dunce! However this morning very helpful guy at BT ran some checks and said the line in is not as fast as they would expect so engineer Monday. Hope springs eternal.

the dslchecker data and hub stats would be helpful especially if you may need mod assistance you may be lucky and engineer does turn up on monday and fix it
