Sure, but I assume the OP still receives notifications of replies and if they were kind enough to share the outcome we may find it is something that could point others experiencing similar issues in the right direction. It may not have been SP related but rather local interference so could prove useful.
The issue was dealt with by Openreach, with the assistance of one of the BT Retail Forum Moderators. How that was actually done, would not have been passed to BT Retail, any more than it would be passed to any other ISP.
You need to get Sky to contact Openreach, to get your problem sorted.
