The advisor did suggest it though with the online chat.
Safari doesn't use 'flash' as default though.

Very pleased to say that my problems have been resolved.
The BT engineer - Chris - couldn't have been better and has restored much of my faith in BT I'm pleased to say.
He carried out numerous tasks and was helpful and pleasant throughout.

I offered to provide feedback to Chris but this is a much better way to do that.
That does get fed back to Chris. via his line manager, and goes on his appraisal..
