Not true, you simply use the direct link to http://www.speedtest.btwholesale.com/

 

What connection speed are you seeing.

OK - I didn't see a link for that - me bad.

The advisor did suggest it though with the online chat.

Safari doesn't use 'flash' as default though.

Very pleased to say that my problems have been resolved.

The BT engineer - Chris - couldn't have been better and has restored much of my faith in BT I'm pleased to say.

He carried out numerous tasks and was helpful and pleasant throughout.

That does get fed back to Chris. via his line manager, and goes on his appraisal..
