Signed up for Bt plus for better service and to try and resolve problem with broadband. Rang today about fault with line dropping and speed issues, was told bt plus makes no difference just to cancel it, which I have done. Good old bt, have come back after years and things have got worse, broadband problems from the main tele oms supplier, worthless add ons and waiting 3 months on a reward card
