Your going to have to wait 3 working days at least before something is arranged, it is the same for us all.
I've raised a fault but nothings been fixed, so I doubt there is a fault. It looks like normal behaviour to me 😞
When did you report the fault? Did you contact the BT Care Team if it was not resolved?
