I've been seeing some packet loss on the internal BT network as well. Nothing too extreme, but enough to hiccup any sort of FPS or World of Tanks. I've got a half hour of PingPlotter logs with a dozen incidents of it, if anyone in support wants it.
I assume you mean the Hub? Do you have results via a different router to that points to the a problem specifically with the hub?
Could you post a traceroute and ping plot too please and we'll be happy to have a look.
