Is there any noise on your line? 17070 option 2.
Try connecting to the test socket with a filter for a couple of days.
Not wishing to detract from BT help. Thought you might like to turn off all Sky Q devices and run your speed test again?
Pointless, the problem is with the line looking at the stats.

As has already been stated it is pointless doing anything as regards Sky Q as there would appear to be a problem with your line. You should carry out the quiet line test as suggested and connect to the master socket/test socket to see if the stats improve.
When you use the test socket make sure that any telephone extensions you have are "dead". There should be no dial tone at any of your phone extensions.
Thanks everyone for the suggestions. I will try the tests later today. The engineer on Monday did full line checks and said that the line was OK and that he could detet approx 60mbs.
