I have a similar problem I’m hoping someone could help.
We installed our WiFi on the 30th December. I received a text saying it was activated and ready to use at 11am on 31st December. It remained flashing purple from then and is still flashing purple.
We have a single master socket with a filter. A person from BT checked our phone and it worked fine to prove the connection works. Waiting for an engineer to come but was looking for help from elsewhere.
