Hi 

I have the same Orange light issue, phoned BT who were sending an engineer this morning between 7am and 9am.

There was a major outage in my area on Monday (22nd) I reported the fault at that time.

I have since been told it has been rectified and all I need to do is to re-boot my hub, which I have done numerous times, but still have the solid Orange light. Amy help would be ideal please.

However, I will be leaving home within the hour and not returning until around 5 pm this afternoon. Thanks in anticipation. Tim

Thanks for your posts and welcome to the Community!

Sorry that you're having problems connecting to your broadband.  Did the engineer arrive this morning as agreed?  If the engineer visit didn't happen and you're still no able to connect you can get in touch with us and we will give you a hand from here.
