Your definitely the lucky one out of the two of us. Exactly same situation, phone transferred just like you in the evening but still waiting for the broadband to be activated!

Sky Fibre Max ---> Infinity 1 - Broadband not activated!

A simple process of moving to BT from Sky. Date set 2.5 weeks ago for Tuesday 18/10. Phone line switched at 6:30 pm. Still waiting for the blue broadband light on the smarthub! Solid orange at present!

Contacted BT who just say there is a 'delay' with your order. No ETA, nothing. Total incompetence!

I had actually setup a thread for this below:

A simple process of moving to BT from Sky. Date set 2.5 weeks ago for Tuesday 18/10. Phone line switched at 6:30 pm. Still waiting for the blue broadband light on the smarthub! Solid orange at present!

Thanks Daniel.

I spoke to someone this morning and they just said there is a 'delay' with the order! It's frustrating that there is no action plan to resolve the issue and no timeline!

I'm presuming the cooling off period here does not apply as I haven't been connected/activated - although my phone has. I am giving BT 24 hrs to sort this, otherwise I am cancelling and going to Virgin.

How hard can it be switching from Sky fibre max to infinity!!
