The BIGGEST, most MASSIVE thank you to @DanielS for sorting out an ongoing issue with lost rewards. This guy is [not only my new best friend] but an absolute credit to BT! Had a bit of a nightmare with lost rewards when my accounts when merged, but this guy has kept me informed, and more importantly, kept his word and fully resolved the issue. Many, many thanks 🙂
