Re: Two years of intermittent broadband faults

I share your pain, when i try to run a broadband speed check i keep on getting a message that i do not have flash installed, but i do which is also frustrating. Numerous phone calls to India and promises of the issue getting fixed but still no joy.  What am i paying good money for?????

the installation of third party software onto your device or problems with it is not a BT issue that is between you and the software company

try using a different browser to run the test
